Controversies surround Gulistan-e-Jauhar blast

KARACHI: Controversies have struck the blast that occurred in Gulistan-e-Jauhar area of Karachi killing one man Friday morning. According to Rangers, a suspected foreigner blew himself during search operation in the area but on the other hand, SP Chaudhry Asad told that the man identified as Moeed blew himself with hand grenade as he appeared like a member of a banned outfit. According to one report, the man was a single parent and was living in the apartment with three children but the other report says that the mother of those children brought them to make them meet with their father when the incident occurred. The children and their mother were taken into custody from the blast site and were transferred to unknown location.
