RAWALPINDI/KARACHI - The lawyer community, vehemently protesting the murder attempt on Chief Justice High Court Azad Kashmir Mustafa Mughal, boycotted the courts here in Rawalpindi and Karachi on Wednesday.
An emergency meeting of District Bar Association Rawalpindi, presided by President Bar Malik Khalid, was held here on Wednesday. The lawyers protesting the murder attempt on Chief Justice High Court Azad Kashmir Mustafa Mughal demanded immediate arrest of the culprits.
Meanwhile, the lawyers from Sindh High Court, City Court and Maleer Court boycotted the courts in this connection.
Sindh High Court discharged all benches, while the judges resumes hearings of important cases at their chambers.
